Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of DoMyPythonHomework.com, operated by WitNip Inc (a Delaware corporation). By submitting a request through this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

DoMyPythonHomework is a tutoring service. When you request help with a Python coursework brief, our team delivers:

  • A working code solution that meets the rubric you provide.
  • A written walkthrough explaining the code, its design choices, and the edge cases it handles.
  • Likely viva questions and suggested answers so you can defend the code to your instructor.
  • An optional 30-minute Zoom or chat walkthrough with the assigned expert before you submit (free, on request).

The deliverables are study and reference material. You agree to use them to learn the underlying material, not to misrepresent them as your own original work in violation of your institution's academic-integrity policy. Whether or how you may incorporate or cite the deliverable is determined by your institution's rules, which you are responsible for checking.

2. Who can use this service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your country of residence. By submitting a request you confirm both.

Some jurisdictions (notably the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand) regulate or criminalise "contract cheating" services in higher education. Our service is structured as tutoring with mandatory walkthrough and defence-preparation material; we do not provide ghostwritten work for direct submission. If your institution's academic integrity policy prohibits the use of tutored solutions, do not order from us. Compliance with your institution's rules is your sole responsibility.

3. How we work

  1. You send a brief through the contact form or WhatsApp. You attest that you are using the deliverable as study reference and that you are 18 or older.
  2. We send a quote, scope, and deadline within ~15 minutes during business hours.
  3. You pay 50% to start. The remaining 50% is due after the code runs and the walkthrough has been delivered.
  4. Our assigned expert writes the code and walkthrough. You receive the package via email or shared link. The expert knows you only by your order number; your real name, email, and personal details are never shared with the expert.
  5. You may request the free walkthrough Zoom session before or after submitting. We answer reasonable revision requests under §5.

4. Payment

Pricing tiers are listed on the homepage and on each service page. Quote-stage prices are firm unless scope changes. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and direct bank transfer for larger orders. Each processor is an independent controller for the card data they handle; we never see your card number.

EU residents — right of withdrawal. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), digital content delivered on demand normally carries a 14-day withdrawal right. You waive that right by checking the box at order time and accepting that delivery begins immediately. If you do not waive, we begin work only after the 14-day window or after you provide separate written waiver. Either way the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun (the deposit funds the expert's allocated time).

5. Revisions and rework

We will rework the delivery free of charge if the code does not meet the rubric you provided at order time. Scope creep (new rubric requirements that were not in the original brief) is a fresh quote. Refund policy details, including when and how much you can get back, live on the refund policy page.

6. Intellectual property

Code we write for you under this agreement is yours to use as study reference. The walkthrough document is yours to keep and use. You may not resell our code or republish it as a paid tutorial. We retain the right to anonymise and use the work as a portfolio sample (with all identifying details redacted) unless you request otherwise at order time.

7. Academic integrity

We are a tutoring service. We do not represent that submitting our deliverable as your own original work complies with your institution's academic-integrity policy — most institutions do not allow direct submission of externally produced work. If your institution detects similarity with our code, the responsibility lies with you for the manner of use, not with us for the act of tutoring. Use the walkthrough, defend the code, and follow your institution's rules.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Submit a request that violates law in your jurisdiction (for example, a country where commercial tutoring of higher-education students is criminally restricted and our service does not fit the statutory carve-outs).
  • Submit a request involving cybersecurity attacks, malicious code, unauthorized access to systems, or any other unlawful technical activity.
  • Submit a brief whose deliverable would harm or defraud a third party.
  • Submit data belonging to a third party without their consent.
  • Resell our deliverable as a published commercial product.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion and refund any deposit collected if we decline.

9. Disclaimers

We provide the deliverables on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the code will earn you any particular grade. We do not warrant that the walkthrough will satisfy every possible question your instructor may ask. Grades are determined by your institution, and we have no control over their rubric application. Our liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order, except where local consumer-protection law sets a higher floor that we cannot disclaim.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WitNip Inc, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped as stated in §9. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under your local consumer law.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service for breach of these Terms, fraud, harassment of our team, or any unlawful conduct. You may stop using the service at any time. Outstanding deliverables or refunds at the time of termination are handled under §5 and the refund policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory rights under your local consumer-protection law, including the right to bring a small claim in your home country where local rules allow.

13. Changes to these Terms

We will update these Terms when our service changes. The "last updated" date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Material changes are announced on the homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use after the announcement period is acceptance of the revised Terms.
