Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 17, 2026
DoMyPythonHomework.com is operated by WitNip Inc. We want every student to be able to use this site, including students with disabilities. This statement explains our commitment, our target standard, the gaps we are aware of, and how to report an issue.
1. Our target
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and the European harmonised standard EN 301 549. These cover keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, sufficient colour contrast, adjustable text size, focus indicators, and form labelling.
2. What works today
-
Semantic HTML structure with one
h1per page and a logical heading order. - Keyboard navigation for every interactive element.
- Visible focus rings on links, buttons, and form fields.
-
Form fields with explicit
<label>elements and autocomplete hints. - Sufficient contrast between text and background in both light and dark mode.
- "Skip to content" link at the top of every page for screen-reader and keyboard users.
- Image alt text on every meaningful image.
3. Known gaps
We are aware of the following issues and are tracking remediation:
- The live-chat widget provided by JivoChat does not currently meet WCAG 2.2 SC 2.5.7 (Dragging Movements) and SC 2.5.8 (Target Size). Users can reach our team via email or WhatsApp instead if the widget is difficult to use.
- Some resource-page cards have a dark-mode contrast issue that is scheduled for fix.
4. How to report a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this site, please contact us at hi@domypythonhomework.com with subject line "Accessibility". We respond within 5 business days and prioritise accessibility fixes ahead of cosmetic ones.
